The climate of Lubrin is dry and generally warm. During the summer the average temperature is nearly 30 degrees centigrade whilst over the winter it is mild. There is very low rainfall

The land is terraced with ancient dry stone walls and the terraces, adjacent to the Cortijo, have been landscaped with grape vines and Oleander borders. There are numerous almond, olive and pomegranate trees providing very mature gardens on different levels.

The original stone walled water deposit has been converted to a plunge pool with steps leading from a large pergola with outside cooking facilities which provide wonderful al fresco dining. The area is adorned with bright geraniums, bougainvillea and endless sunshine.

The views of the surrounding mountains are truly panoramic and the complete setting has produced a peaceful and tranquil location with welcome rest and relaxation that truly refreshes the soul.
